The Horse Creek Wind project is located in Haskell County, Texas on ETT’s Clear Crossing to Edith Clarke 345kV transmission line (near Crowell, Texas). The project involved construction of the new Smoky Hill 345kV switching station to interconnect a 400MW wind farm. On July 18, 2017 the project was placed in-service.
