The Oklaunion Station Upgrades project is located near Vernon, Texas in Wilbarger County. The project improved reliability by replacing and upgrading 345kV circuit breakers, switches and protective relaying at the Oklaunion Station. On April 26, 2019, the project was placed in-service.
