Siete Wind, LLC. has requested to interconnect a 375 MW wind generating facility called "Siete Wind" in Webb County, TX. The interconnection will be located along the ETT Lobo to Avanzada 345kV line at a new 345kV station ("Triada") owned by ETT. ETT would construct a new three (3) Breaker Ring bus at the Triada 345 kV Station, along the Lobo to Fowlerton 345 kV line.
